ABOUT

RANGE OF LIGHT

Range of Light is the name given to the Sierra Nevada Mountains by naturalist John Muir. They are home to the highest peaks in the contiguous United States, and on their eastern slope rise from the Owens Valley at 4,000 feet to nearly 15,000 feet in a matter of miles. They are sublime, imposing, beautiful and mysertious; a force of nature all their own.
